[edit] Dn Carter[edit] bent his elbow and he did pretty well. as long as you arm swings through with the target and you have a good speed to rev match then it's ok.
if you are chicken winging it or your arm is drifting out from your body. that is a different story.
only a good coach will help you, if you want to stop bending the elbow. there are so many reason for this but I could assume the normal causes for most bowlers. ball to heavy, weak wrist. trying to hard to rev it. bad fit and pitches.and so on.
know one can help you without being there. go get a lesson or two from a good coach and these things will be taken care of.
