Back swing
« on: March 18, 2009, 12:13:07 PM »
I have a question about the back swing. I took a lesson with Mike Jasnau when he was in Albuquerque and he told me one thing to work on is my hand position during the back swing. He wanted me to work on keeping my hand more on the back of the ball ( I was having my hand on the right side/ outer portion of the ball.) When i work on keeping my hand more on the back side of the ball my palm comes off the ball around the peak of my back swing. What my question is: Is this Normal? Please let me know.

Thank

I am also trying to fix having a high track. I can not throw any bowling ball that has the pin below the fingers or the pin right next to the ring finger (I am a right handed bowler)
