Pearl/solid combo arsenal
« on: March 06, 2017, 09:14:39 PM »
2 handed. Looking to start over my arsenal going up to 15#. Looking for a solid suggestions for a pearl ball and a solid ball. THP mostly, but breaks down significantly into the 3rd game and my current medium dry can't handle it

Solid ball suggestions for high volumes of oil and when the lanes start to break down? Pearl ball for lmedium-dry for fresh or dry oil lanes to start off the night.

Thanks

What do you currently throw that isn't working as well as you'd like?

That's a pretty good lighter oil ball, is it still too strong or not strong enough?

If it's too strong, I'd look at plastic with a core (Track Spare+ or Hammer Widow Spare) or possibly the Columbia Scout.

If it's a little too weak, there are a lot of options

Weak. I've tried playing with the surface. What about the wrecker?

A good Solid / Pearl combination with symmetrical cores would be the Brunswick Fanatic SS and Brunswick Fanatic. A good Solid / Pearl combination with asymmetrical cores would be the Radical Xeno and Radical Xeno Pearl.
