Polishing Impulse Zone
« on: December 25, 2004, 07:48:31 AM »
Recently purchased this ball. Has about ruffly 25 games on it. Started out hitting the pocket with excelent carry, now leaving 7 & 8 (lefty)pins almost everytime. Sometimes it over hooks too. Maybe the balls burning up early and lane conditions or too dry, I dont know. My question is will a little more polish help or cure this problem? Still a newbie!

Sorry for not giving much information. But, bowling on synthetic lanes which or most of the time lightly itleast when i bowl on it. Ball is drilled with with the pin slightly to the left and above the ring finger with the mb kicked out about 3 1/2 inches, also has a weighthole in the pap. Not sure (newbie), but with this drilling i think its aggresive and has a strong mid roll and sharp backend. Maybe its too strong for the conditions that i run into. Dont bowl any leagues or anything, just show up and bowl. Style is tweener. Started out hitting very hard not hitting hard at all. Again would polish be the solution?

Should I do this about every 20 games?
