As long as it is not in your track and does not appear to be a true crack which goes as deep as the filler under the cover material, you could leave it as it is.
However, I fixed a similar surface chip on one of my balls, a Blade Particle, with Tamiya 2 component epoxy putty:

There are several variants available with different "open" periods before hardening, this one is the normal ochre-colored material. It has, once dry, a similar hardness to the coverstock material, a bit softer than plug material. It is not good for large holes, but deep scratches are easily filled and evened out with sandpaper and, if need be, some polish. You just will have to live with the color.
