need help
« on: July 30, 2013, 10:52:00 AM »
Hello,

I bowled my first league last winter. We actually won it too.  I average a 165 but my scores are all over the place.  My best game last year was a 230 at state.

Im looking for a new ball I want something with a really strong back end and has length.  I have a ball that hooks early.  Are lanes are oiled by hand so they're never the same.

Also last time i got my ball drilled i just let the guy drill it.  So i dont know what to tell the guy to get it drilled. so if you could tell me how to get the ball drilled and what to tell the dude.

Thanks,

Brendt

Little too much information to pass on.  A Brutal Nightmare has great backend, but it doesn't have length, it hooks a ton.  Lanes aren't oiled by hand, it's done by a machine, but they may seem different at times depending on if they've been bowled on or not.  Bowling balls pick oil up off the lanes and/or move it around.  If you want the ball to go long and be strong on the backend, tell your driller that.  He will take care of it from there.
What would you be if you were attached to another object by an inclined plane, wrapped helically around an axis?
