Wrist Supports
« on: February 08, 2007, 01:13:15 PM »
Can anyone tell me what would be a good wrist support to help me improve on my revolutions? Preferably suggested brands which have been successful in helping with this problem. Thank you

I would really recommend staying away from the wrist support.  it will become a lifetime habit that you won't be able to break.  its easier to cup your wrist without the brace, you can throw a better shot without it.  im an example, it bothered me for years, because when i took it off, my average went down, but now, im glad i took it off. i practiced and got better.  im having a good year (218) without it.  my best tip is release the ball as close as you can to your slide ankle.  this gives you balance and also keeps your hand behind the ball
