I seem to have timing issues where I tend to already be on the side of the ball by the time it gets to my leg and then must come over the top to get the movement needed to get it back to the pocket. Im playing outside edge of right foot at 20 throwing out to 15 and about 13 or so at breakpoint. I am coming up the back however I feel that if I could get myself to stay under longer I could give me more room for error as right now its either on or its not there is no room for error and even though I throw many 200 games I can not consistantly do so due to turning early. I also am about to get rid of my 20yr old shoes which may help a bit too(still in a full slide at release its like skating on ice). Any tips, tricks or drills specifically for holding off on the turning of the wrist would be appreciated.
Also forgot to add once I get out to the lanes again I will try and take a video of a couple throws.
