Just because of the high rg and polished coverstock, all the low end, entry level stuff is going to be prone to skid/flip to begin with. And honestly, with stuff that low on the totem pole, drilling doesn't really have much to do with it. You might actually look into one of Brunswick or Storm's urethane balls. The new urethane hooks more than the old urethane (but still hooks a fair amount less than the Freeze), and is the smooth type reaction. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot of room under the Freeze, so TwoHand has given you some good information, I'm just adding another point or two.
