Tracking on the wrong side
« on: January 10, 2009, 07:42:36 AM »
I went bowling with my cousin today, who is visiting from Maryland, and he wanted to go bowling. He throws it without his thumb, and is just a casual bowler (usually throwing my ball). However, today I noticed he was tracking on the right of the finger/thumb holes (he's right handed, obv). Does anyone know why/how this could be happening? I'm more or less fascinated, lol.

It's pretty easy to track on that side with the no-thumb style.  If he comes completely up the side of the ball and gets it out there late that can be the result.
