Wrist Support
« on: April 10, 2005, 11:31:07 PM »
I have a question for all those out there who use supports. Recently I'm having a problem with my wrist 'breaking' (fingers tilting back towards my elbow),almost palming the ball,I know it's wrong, I just can't fix it. Would a wrist support help ? Maybe the type that has something extending over the knuckles ? It's like hitting a nail with a hammer, you KNOW not to hit your thumb, but you do it anyway...I just can't fix it. So here I am, asking what type..brand..or is there something out there that will help ? Am I just stuck until I can figure out a way to stop this ?

Yes I did hurt the wrist a couple months ago and have been 'babying' it so is this something I mentally have to change ?

Thanks.

Thanks to those who replied. I ordered a Cobra Scorpion yesterday, when it gets here and I've used it a bit, I'll let you know if it helped.
Thanks again.
