The real issue in not the lane surface, but how much oil there is. No one ball is better on wood or synthetics. In other words, any ball can be used on both surfaces. Without knowing the lane conditions; oil volume, length of oil on the lane, is there an out of bounds or is there dry boards on the outside? also, since you haven't entered a profile, none of us have any clue as to how you throw the ball. What is your ball speed, rev rate (cranker, stroker) etc,? That infomation will make it much easier to make a ball recommendation.
