I made a new vid today, changed my release and my speed (27-28km) not much hook but effective, need to reduce the loft...

I agree with you; you need to reduce the loft.  This may be induced by squeezing or bad timing.  I think you just need to focus on your timing and try to release the ball not where you can see it, but by your ankle.  Unlike just about every other sport, bowling is done right if you don't see yourself throw the ball.  I think you will actually get more rotation on the ball if you do this. I agree, reducing the loft will increase the amount of hook. Not that you necessarily need more hook that is.

Great job with the vids!! Man watching those guys throw the ball makes me feel like I am in the wrong sport!!!

Looks good. Loft could be a good thing at times, so I wouldn't completely say it's something you need to work out of your game, it's not like the ball goes to the arrows or anything. Also I noticed that on almost every shot that looked wide, you left a 7 pin. Wow, that is all I have to say to that, I've never seen the ball hit that flat off of the dry, unless it was rolling out...

What you need to do also to reduce that loft too is to not raise up but to stay down.If you can do that then that loft will go away.If the loft goes away and your hook increase then either change your hand position or feet by moving 2 boards to the right.With hand position by changing that will make ball go little farther down the lane.

i gonna work on that next season very hard cause i saw all the topplayers in that ebt tournement all withouth loft i can count the people who loft there ball on one hand
