I agree completely with the timing issues, start the ball exactly with your second step. And free the swing up if all possible, you really muscle the ball down to the release point.
After those issues are tackled, there is a lot of extra hand a wrist movement throughout the swing, just keep your hand in the desired position, and above all stay relaxed. Also your balance at the line is a little funky. You seem to be leaning to your right, and not centered, which also causes you to move your slide foot all around.
Overall, you have a great feel, and look comfortable. There is some great potential, and a lot of the basics are already there. Keep listening to the guys on here, they will help you loads. And if you don't own one already, get a plastic ball.
