My Take on the ball:

This ball does everything i thought the cherry should have done...for me the cherry was very oil sensitive and too squirty on most shots. The emerald handles oil better and finishes stronger in the backend, just like hammer says.

For those of you sad to see the Doom go (im right there with ya) this ball actually isint a bad replacement...featuring the same cover but different core, i think most of you will find this as a slightly weaker doom...you will see in the video they have similar ball motions.

The only downside to this ball would be the carrydown factor, while it handles it much better than the cherry vibe, it will still have its issues as this is a very clean coverstock. Im sure knocking the polish can help with that tho...
