There isn't too much one can say about your game when you only give 9 sec. of film to critique. You do have good balance and knee bend. Too much loft in my opinion.

Do you intentionally drift to the left?

Form looks decent, solid..

But it looks like you start turning your hand a little late in your followthrough, causing you to come out of the ball a tad late, making you loft it.. If you could come out of the ball a little earlier, you should be able get a cleaner and stronger release.. And it should also add some more consistancy in your release..

On edit..: Maybe a little more kneebend in your stance for a more fluid start..

Just my opinion though..

Good luck with it..

The way that center is set up with the scoring system, ball return, and the walkway to the left, it looks very similar to one around here.  The lane surface doesn't look the same though, and I'm not sure if that's the same design they use above the pins.

Aside from that, you look pretty good.  I tend to agree with the loft comments though.  Maybe save that for when you need it.

I would agree with the above posters.. Your release is way too grabby.. hitting up on the ball which is a big no no nowadays.  Generates tons of over/under reaction which you will detect on flatter patterns with drier backends.  Do some research on how to clean up your release and get away from grabbing it and trying to force it to hook.

Shawn,

You have been working on your game some since I saw you last.  Much better!  Overall pretty good actually.  I might work on being softer/quieter with your hand but that's really being pretty picky.  Your loft isn't bad, it's going into the lane and not up, so not much to worry about.  Your drift left is good, no worries.

Pretty sure this shot was taken at DelMar lanes in Houston, where Carol Norman has her pro shop.  I can tell he has been working with her, nice job Shawn.  Keep up the work!  Say hello to my girls Donna and Carol.
