Fero is unbelievable. The guy has bombs inside his bowling balls. He averaged 252 in a winter league a few years ago. He set the world record that. year for most 300's and most 800's in one season something like 27 300's and 24 800's. Guys like this breathe bowling. Check out george gohagan III also he's another one.

Easy he makes it his job. Fero is a great guy you should see some of his facebook status' you always get a good laugh out of them. I have never met GG 3 personally but him and Fero are best friends so I would assume he is a stand up guy as well.

Never met Fero but do know of him.....have chatted with Hayward and Gohagan years ago and both are good guys. If I'm not mistaken, I think Hayward has won an Eagle in the past with Don Genalo.

I saw Fero Williams at the Grand Sierra about three pairs away from me last week and the number of revs he puts on the ball is unreal.  I heard him on the 13th frame show and he sounds pretty funny.  What ever happened to that show?

Fero and GG3 are great bowlers and also great guys.  I have bowled against both of them in local tournaments and leagues.

You should see Fero shoot a 7-10.

Gordon Childers is another top who is by far the nicest guy you'd ever meet.

according to USBC
112- 800s  113- 300s

according to gofor300.com

"Gordon finished out the 2010-2011 season with averages of 243 in the Millennium's First, 249 in the Big 10 of Benton, and 242 in the Thursday Night Men’s at Enterprise."

I enjoyed following him at the Open this year. His first block on the burn was crazy good. He didn't really keep the momentum going on the fresh, but still a stellar performance nonetheless.

Not overly impressed with his mechanics. Nevertheless,he has a very impressive list of achievements. The only sport league average is 186 though.
Maybe the question should be..How does one get that bad ( from being that good on ths)???

No doubt that Fero is a great bowler with those stats but like previously said he doesn't have the type of form that you would think could produce results like he does..I have seen dozens of guys that have way better form, release, and ball motion...

He has done pretty well in some PBA WSOB and US open events... He was also on Team USA.

He must have something though to get all those 300's and 800's.... wish I had some of it..
I wonder what his secret is..

I say its all about repetition and matching up equipment to lanes. Once you match your game up to the right equipment, the rest is all mental. The easier your approach is before the foul line, the less that can go wrong and the easier shotmaking is. Thats what im trying to do this summer.

LOL THIS IS FUNNY TO ME BUT THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO LIKES MY STATS AND RESPECT WHAT I HAVE DONE. YES I DID AVERGAE 186 ONE SEASON IN A SPORT LEAGUE BECAUSE I WAS TRYING DIFFRENT THINGS IN MY GAME TO BE MORE COMPETITIVE ON PBA PATTERNS. MY GAME HAS ALWAYS BEEN DIFFRENT WHEN IT COMES TO MY FUNDAMENTALS BUT I REPEAT SHOTS AND THAT IS WHAT MAKES YOU BOWL GOOD. SO YES YOU DONT HAVE TO BE IMPRESSED WITH MY GAME BUT IT SPEAKS FOR ITSELF BECAUSE I HAVE WON PLENTY OF TOURNEYS ON SPORTS PATTERNS BUT I ALWAYS LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND LEARNING IS THE BIGGEST PART OF THIS GAME THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE COMMENTS.

Fero,

Anyone who has your stats can throw the ball however they damn well please. You could even spin around and throw the ball between your legs and with those stats, you'd be respected. Lol! Whats good homie?

He certainly does.

I get to watch the other guy at the top of the list, Gordon Childeress, once or twice a week. 300 or 800 doesn't matter the guy makes it look effortless. He is by far one of the nicest guys you will meet. Owns his own center and still works when he is there. I came in one afternoon early for bowling and he was outside picking up trash in the parking lot. I was like. wow, not what I expected. You can bet your A$$ I don't dump trash out like a coke can or some whatever when Im there either.

I've seen him average 240 in multiple houses and tournaments which is saying a lot. Great bowlers that are good people are nice to see in this day and time.
