1978 Star Trak Pro S Video
« on: November 22, 2007, 09:41:32 AM »
First time throwing the ball.
Ball was thrown on freshly oiled light to medium league shot
Actually shot a solid 256 with this old bowling ball.
I am glad I picked it up and it actually has a core quite similer to the Faball Urethane Hammers which I did find really interesting.
Just after the 3 minute mark there are many up close and closer shots
Hopefully the production is interesting

Is that your normal ball speed? Just wondering if you had to slow it down a little in order for the ball to get to the pocket.

Yes that actually is my normal speed if anything I think I was trying to throw her a little faster so I could keep the carry coming and also have straighter line which proved to work for this ball.

Lots of miss room on that pattern.  It's surprising to see a ball that old recover as well as it did on missed shots.

Proof that everything will react to friction.  Conditions can easily make 100 balls react the same.
