Like said before, your push away needs to be sooner. I think you would get more consistent if didn't bend at the waist so much but instead got more knee bend. Also, I think it is a side effect of your push away, but you have this strange delay in your back swing. You open your arm and and shoulder up near the top of your back swing. If you can lower the amount of that opening you won't have to work as hard to get your ball back online. Don't get me wrong, you look pretty good here I'm being a little picky.
