Yea part of someones coaching clinic, Mendes machines you can set up any spare you want. He has them practice the whole back row..

Dodgers won't need to rely on 9th inning miracle homers to win games this year. Amazing what pitching will do.

i left the back row once in my life, i was doing the spinning ball tricks, one of the only times i kept it on the lane lol, but i left the back row and ugh i didn't pick it up lol

Everything looks good but if i were your coach I would have you work on getting a more fluid arm swing. I just looks like form the 5 count and 7 count videos the arm swing affected you timing. One was late and on was early. Hope that helps.
