After a couple of months of work, here is my progress
« on: June 01, 2011, 08:45:48 AM »

Took some advice from here, came back home to work with my coach from juniors and this is the result.  I included a clip from my last video to show reference.  Let me know what you think.  Thanks guys

Much better, I can tell you have been working on your stroke, and your balance is 100% better.

Thanks man, the biggest thing I've noticed is a much easier time repeating shots.  Its nice to throw a ball with considerable less effort but not lose a lot of speed or revs and add consistency.

Thats the name of the game is repeating shots. No matter how your shot is, if you can repeat it consistently thats half the battle.

I  agree with sevenpin63. It's a lot better than before and that hard work pay off. Just keep doing it and you bowl a lot of good scores because of the change you made.

I hate ten pins but love the game of bowling with just the right ball to take them out.
