ur form seems ok for me, but if i have to compare u with the pros, heres something that u r lackin
looks like all the power u create is from the swing, and maybe some muscle. from the sideview, i saw u goin very stable but with a very short last step. and here are 2 thoughts
1- u r a big guy, dont need the "power step" so u can take out the muscling, so inconsistency can go down
2- u r a big guy, include the power step into ur approach, so all u need is follow thru effortlessly, same or more power with consistency
of course this is just my point of view, maybe right or wrong
