ur form seems ok for me, but if i have to compare u with the pros, heres something that u r lackin
looks like all the power u create is from the swing, and maybe some muscle. from the sideview, i saw u goin very stable but with a very short last step. and here are 2 thoughts
1- u r a big guy, dont need the "power step" so u can take out the muscling, so inconsistency can go down
2- u r a big guy, include the power step into ur approach, so all u need is follow thru effortlessly, same or more power with consistency
of course this is just my point of view, maybe right or wrong
--------------------
When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment
When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

You start the ball a tad late. Try it in sync with the 2nd step.
The armswing is a bit forced from what I can tell. More gravity.
[edit: nevermind I see you do have some late timing

There is nothing so easy to learn as experience and nothing so hard to apply.

Thanks for the feed back everyone!
What both of you wrote is pretty much what I'm working on. By creating later timing I'm trying to create that "flat spot" in the bottom of my swing, this way I can just smoothly follow through and don't need an aggressive last step. By starting my swing a little later it's given me that opportunity. I'm afraid moving my pushaway back to the 2nd step will take away that timing, I used to have a big problem with my last step and the bottom of my swing arriving to the line at the same time.
I'll keep working on it, thanks for your input!
