When you miss, do you miss inside your target often?

Sorry, what I meant is when you do miss do you miss inside more than you miss outside. I ask as your swing angle could be a little more "inside" at the point of release, however this is generally a "power player" thing as they need to feed the ball to the left, if you don't experience pulling the ball more that missing out I wouldn't worry about it.

I don't feel like I have a problem feeding the ball right. The reason I'm pretty straight in the video is because its pretty late at night and the backs were super wet/dry, so I didn't want to give up the 1-3 too much. I feel I get into trouble when my arm gets late...ball speed goes down and my arn does that twisty move in the back swing. How do I stop the "twistiness" and should I take bigger steps?

Your arm (timing) get late because of your short steps. If you took longer steps ( the front set of dots) that will help with your late arm swing.

Your style seems a lot like mine. You look tall.. How tall are you? I'm 6'5 and I use to take really long steps until my coach got me to take shorter ones, my game improved dramatically after that so I wouldn't listen to anyone who tells you that your steps are too short.. After watching your video, the two things I see that needs worked on would be your 3rd step (Too far outside your body) and your left arm is not out far enough. I would practice walking the tight rope, it help gets your feet underneath you which will also help keep your head quiet.. Also, work on getting that left arm out quick and hold it their throughout your release.

Ace do you stand 3 feet in front of the front row of dots?Mikatronn said himself he gets into trouble because of late timing. What I see is his late timing is making him pull his swing down from the top of his swing causing his head to move.
Mikatronn balance arm is copy the likes of most PBA  bowlers.

If you are scoring well I would not change a thing. My big thing when ever I am coaching is getting the person really nice and compact all the way up to the line. You have a little wander to the left but it comes from you moving your legs out of the way of the ball so as long as it is consistent it wouldn't concern me. If you are looking to change something I would look at your body position at release, that is the only place you kinda come out of the compact style. I would try to get a little more knee bend in the left leg if you can and try to keep that right toe grounded. This will force your shoulders back and center you better over your feet and move your release point to right next to your left ankle which is the point of optimum leverage. Releasing at this point will improve your energy transfer to the ball and you will get a little more speed at revs if you want it. Or it will just make your shot seem easier and take less effort.

Always be sincere, even when you don't mean it

Thanks for all the feedback, I'm super appreciative. I booked 183 last year and this year as of the 15th of April I had a 204, so I must be doing something right. Instead of my left arm being straight to my left it's in front of me palm to the left. I feel I have better balance that way. I totally agree that the release is not compact which at times makes me erratic. I will work on that and hopefully post a new vid up.
