in my opinion, i believe that if we take pictures of ur whole approach on step 1,2,3 and 4, it would be an ok, but you have to add fluidity to it. a bit too much hand on the ball while by the way it looks u can miss quite a bit.
if i were u i would set a table and practice the following:
- smooth out ur release, that means less grab and less elbo, its just a feel of letting it go.
- footwork, powerstep isnt powerful enough, meaning because of the no existing powerstep, u dont slide much and have to grab and use ur elbow to create power
overall is pretty good, just develop ur personal mental game and make sure that ur release is very easy at the bottom and let the power come from the powerstep and gravity.
