I'd say something around 400, doesn't look much higher than that, but it's no lower than 350-375.

It's medium-high I think.  Definitely enough, you'd probably get your speed matched up with it if you added around 2 MPH give or take to your speed.

to be honest with you. This was a shot where I didn't even feel like i revd the ball hard. that's my regular revs. i can crank it up.
