Hmmm, it looks fluid, but from the single shot things are hard to find out.
But what also caught my eye is your "looping" hand and arm movement - you seem to put much effort into the ball's revs, and you probably overturn/over do it.
Do you know your PAP, or, alternatively, how does your oil track on the ball look like? Does it show intersections in the thumb area and on the opposite side, or does it look like a kind of spiral?
I think that through your current release, the ball rather spins with much side rotation, but does not (get to) roll.
What to do? First of all, relax, and let the ball guide your arm pendulum. You do not need muscle or that weird arm movement to put revs and speed on the ball, let gravity work for you.
Additionally, I'd suggest the others already suggested: try to lead or push the ball with your ring finger, forward towards your target on the lane. Make sure your thumb gets out of the ball when the pendulum reaches your ankle area, and let the ball "roll" over your fingers. Just then, curl your fingers and maybe turn the wrist clockwise, but do not make this movement with your complete arm - make sure your follow-through is straight. Leading your hand to your right ear ("release the ball - answer the phone") helps a lot to keep things straight.
All these elements promote a free release that lets the ball do what it was designed and drilled for - skid, hook and roll. When you overturn and force it, it will hardly finish well in the pins, and I think that is what you witness right now.
Godd luck, though, easier said than improved
