Best way to hit a single pin ever?!
« on: February 17, 2016, 09:11:30 AM »

You may have seen pins bouncing out of the pit, but have you ever seen the ball bounce out?

My friend did this and none of us saw it until we checked the footage. Certainly the weirdest bowling thing I've experienced.

I used to bowl in a house where this was fairly common.  Usually the ball would come back with a huge chunk out of it from bouncing up and hitting the sweep arm, or pin setter.

Still doesn't count as a spare though...

Taking down a pin by having it bounce up from the gutter will make it invalid in matches.
I'm guessing that's the rule in the league over in USA too. Once the ball goes into the gutter, it's done.
Most used:
Motiv Venom Shock (14)
DV8 Grudge Hybrid (14)
Hammer Scandal (14)
DV8 Freakshow (14)

Sometimes.
C300 Swerve (14)
Motiv Jackal LE (14)

Retired:
Roto Grip Sinister (13)
Motiv Jackal (14)

Given to a no-thumber in the club:
Brunswick T-zone (13)

Might stick with Motiv from now on.
