Any information or opinions would be greatly appreciated. I have a stutter step that I tried to get rid of but just would not work. I think I am not hitting the ball as I would like.

Any information would be appreciated.

i would suggest to tape from the same lane but from the right side as well so we can see better the whole approach

an quality improvement would also be good since i cant tell much from this video
--------------------
When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one

This guy on youtube posts videos of the PBA
for ppl who dont watch TV or want to save the matches this will be great!

Opposite of your thoughts. You muscle it too much and hit up on it. Less is more and it will feel weird to you. Watch your follow-through is is very cut off. Let the arm follow the line you have projected the ball to.When you open up the shoulder and loop your armswing your hand really comes around the ball early and you loose a lot of leverage. Try staying under the ball and follow through. I think you will see your carry percentage go up. It might(probably) make it read the lane sooner so don't be afraid to move into a section of lane that has a bit more oil or add polish. Only adjust ball when you feel you have made a consistent adjustment to the release. Please see a certified coach if you can, as I believe you could take your game to a higher level fairly quick.
