I will say one thing regarding form. If you can repeat it, you can bowl well.

We are all different. Different builds, ages, flexibility, styles, etc. For me to try and copy someone else is futile. Just bowl like you do.

Having said that, there are a few basics that everyone needs to become good on the more demanding oil patterns. Balance, tempo, timing and just good overall body mechanics are a must. Start working periodically with a qualified coach/mentor and your game will improve and stand the test of time. You are young, and now is the best time to build good habits. Best of luck.

Total agreement.  Nothing we tell you is going to change your form.  As stated, what WILL improve your game is working with a coach.
