Watching your video.  You seem to have a solid game.  You seem to rush and jerk some of your shots.  Just work on your tempo and shot repetition.

Thanks for the reply, I agree with what youre saying, I do have a tempo issue.
I dont have a set time when I start my swing consciously, but when my coach and I have looked into it, it tends to screw up my overall timing when I over think it, but I dont think I will get any better with shot repetition if I dont deal with it.
