First shot was just bad. Second shot, I tried to keep my shoulder down and focus on my follow through a bit better. two shots are consecutive. Please critique me! I want to build good habits now before bad ones become too ingrained into my style

Traitor!!!  lol

Looks really good.  I'd suggest working on keeping your left/balance leg down at the foul line.  Keep it in contact with the approach.

Ignite, I will certainly try that, although it can be difficult with above ground ball returns. PS... It isn't being a traitor if it is due to injury :P

Update on how my third night of left handed league went. Came in with a 138 average after 6 games. Proceeded to shoot 242, 177, 169 for 588. First 200 game and first 500 series :) my look completely went away in the 10th frame of the first game due to carry down.

I actually am serious lol. Lanes get stripped once per week. Like 5 days prior to when I bowl. Then we get oil on top of oil on top of oil... You get the picture. Lanes started out playing slicker than normal, and only got slicker from there. I adjusted all over and couldn't get the ball to come into the pocket right. All the ball did was skate

Left side is sooooo much easier! No one messes with your line! Just stand on the big Dot and pipe it down the lane ;)
But really though, I can see how it could be tougher if you need to break down a lane. Usually the rigbties can get some help burning a break point in this house if the need arises. I have had nights where I had to play the lanes with other people to even be able to get a ball to wiggle on the right side. This Sunday, I was all alone. Coincidentally, I would have pretty much been alone on the right side because I would have been the only rightie that could hook the ball lol

One thing you may want to work on is your off hand/arm position during the approach.  Get that arm in front of you at the apex of the backswing and it will allow you to open your shoulders a bit more.  This will hopefully help reduce the pull shots.

Looks great though.  Definitely envious.

Thank you! Enough people are giving positive feedback on my form that I'm starting to feel like it is better than what I thought. I will work on my arm placement and keeping my trail leg down some
