you need a little more knee bend.  it will help with your lofting.  also dont slide with your feet pointing at your target as your shoulders and everything else for that matter will follow them and imbalance will occur.  i also noticed that your elbow was a bit bent on one of your shots.  try to keep it straight.  hope this helps.

a bigger 3rd step will help load up the swing more efficiently instead of using the hand and arm...you'll notice this when you watch the clips...the swing, once it gets past the left leg, seems to move at a different speed (in your case it moves faster)than when you initially set it into the swing...this difference in swing tempo will cause you to do different things to the ball at the bottom of the swing...you can tell you're pulling on it because of the way your heel fishes out to the side when you're in the slide

also when you're filming and asking for feedback it helps if we get to see more of your approach than just you releasing the ball

but that's just my opinion...best of luck

thanx for the input on the shot and the filming, that day it was only me so it was kinda tough. Gotta work on the filming and even more on my game, not to bad but a ton of improvement needed

any more input is greatly welcome

Watch your slide foot in the videos.  You will see that it starts slightly pointed left, then at release you twist it parallel to the foul line.  Work on getting that foot into a straighter slide, and pointed slightly to the right.  That will help you square up at the release point.
