I worked with Earl in Waukegan, IL one afternoon . . . He could stand 35 and play 10...
I watched him bowl most tournaments when he in Chicago....He was like WRW, Jr.
Unbelievable.... We ran a stop watch on him one block of games....his approach didn't vary by 1/2 second on any shot. He did whatever it took.
One time, some RH bowlers, said he couldn't even hit the pock et on what was out on the lane...in his street shoes, he threw a ball 5th arrow that fell back into the pocket, and blew the rack... then threw the same ball outside 5 hit the pocket....
I really enjoyed watching him and Roth bowl....
