looks pretty good. I would try to stay don at the line a little more (knee bend), your a bit too stiff. Other than that looks pretty good without getting too technical.

and u fall off alot. like lean to the right, i think could be the knee bend as well and ur timing might be a tad late. meaning u gotta start that push away a lil sooner, and keep that slide foot behind u at release. so u dont fall off. will give u better results

alright, yea, i think cause i am so big might have something to do with it, im about 6'2", 6'3". but yea, i do tend to fall like to the side. Thanks

if u r big, check how big Wes throws it, nice a smooth but still plenty of power.

nothing looks too bad, i would laid the ball down a bit softer and less muscle so u dont fall off

I believe that your "falling off" has more to do with your torso tilting forward a bit too much at delivery. The old adage of "shoulders over knees" can help you stay on balance with ease.

Let your knees do most of the bending. Pretend there's a book on your head, which may help you to not lean forward as much. We've all got some fine tuning to do at times. Good luck.
