Just fig out how to change the fps on my video camera and was wanting to know what the best speed to use?

Want to get vid of release, ball motion, and to fig out revs. I know its going to toake several angles but the speed (i would think) would be the same for all.

The higher the frames per second, the smoother the video will appear, especially when viewed in slow-motion.  Here's a nice long article about it.  But basically, 30fps is normal for TV, 24fps is normal for movies, and 60fps looks very smooth and life-like once you get used to seeing it on a monitor, but it can be jarring to see that smooth of motion at first.
