...I will not try to change the way that I bowl.  It works for me, as awkward as it looks, and I will not be able to change it without professional coaching intervention...

Looks good to me. Nice approach, low at the line for big guy, good release. As you said "Don't sweat the techniques". Good Video.

Well, I learned how to bowl by recording PBA matches, (years ago), and watching them in slow motion.  Unfortunately, I tried to emulate Amletto Monicelli.  LOL

There's nothing awkward about your technique. The only thing you should do, like many of us should, is tighten it up to be more consistent. I like your pacing and strong release.

Anymore feedback?

I'm torn between sticking with no inserts and going with them.  After this weekends tourney, my fingers were sore.  I honestly don't want to go back to inserts again so I may try the bowlers tape (hands not ball) instead.
