Wow, that may be the latest timing I've ever seen (the gigantic first step and slow but high back swing are the two biggest reasons for that it looks like).  How in the world do you stay balanced doing that?

dan idk either but i bowl with him and its suprising that he never falls off balance.

Im so glad people are brainwashed to think that TRACK sucks. And its even funnier when im carrying with my TRACK ball and they're going flat ten with their OTHER BRANDS ball.

do you have knee and hip pain after you bowl i know a guy who threw that way till the pause and torque release as he called it started hurting him
