5 step approach, you don't start the ball with the first step. Footwork is pretty good, timing appears close, too. It looks like you have a tendency to grab the ball at the top of the backswing. That is probably grip related, too much bevel or too much reverse.
I believe your big issue may be your swing line. You bump out at the top of the swing. With that swing line, you need to have hold to bowl well and you will play better up the lane. If you try to swing the ball with the bump out, not only will you pull a lot of shots, you will have difficulty reading the lanes.
To limit the bump, try starting with your hand more on the side of the ball through the downswing and let the ball fall from the top of the backswing.
