Hey frockc,
Generally i liked the video, your form is solid not a whole lot that needs work, but its always those last bits that make the biggest difference. Now alot of people said your swing looked muscled this is because it just doesnt look natural. Your swing always has a tendency to follow your body and since you drift alot to the left with your last step the ball has to follow that. Fix your drift and the arm swing will fall into place.
Now theres nothing wrong with a high backswing, some of the best players in the world have backswings over their head. In my opinion a high backswing is an easy way to create power because gravity will naturally pull the ball down. In order to create the same amount of power with a low backswing you have to pull the ball forward with your upper body.
As for timing you get the ball into the swing very late but the ball isn't too far behind you at the line. This is because your pace is pretty even throughout your footwork instead of speeding up a bit at the end which would be caused by a proper power step. Just push the ball out a little sooner, speed up the power step (4th speed) and push off your opposite foot into the line.
Rev rate and speed are fine just I would maybe use a stronger ball on that pattern.
