i would suggest few changes, it might or might not work for u
1) on ur second step, u move up and open ur shoulders, it looks little bit off, since u dont have a push away, i can understand that in order not to force ur backswing the only way is to bring up ur head level. however, that might not always be good, meaning normally u want to have ur head level at a constant position, or slowly moving down.
2) u dont follow thru all the way, the hand doesnt reach usually ur face level, when normally people would have it above the head
3) this is not a must, but if u dont have knee/leg problems, u should bend little bit more on ur sliding leg. right now ur body is straight up, u may want to have it lower, a good example would be this:
