First up we have 3 shots thrown using the Columbia 300 Scout. The ball has a pancake weight block. It is drilled with a 4.5" pin to PAP.

Next we throw the Columbia 300 Impulse utilizing a 2" pin to PAP. The first shot is on the same line as the Scout. We then move in a few boards for the next two shots.

Last we have a Hammer Rebel drilled with a 5" pin to PAP. Again on the first shot we play the same line as the Scout. The next two shots we move in a little more to have a better look at the pocket.

We are wanting to take the time to show that even a ball such as the Scout with no core can still hook and have a very nice overall and very useful ball reaction. We then show how it compares with another solid cover stock ball with a core and a 2" pin to PAP. This gets the ball to read the lanes sooner and have a smooth reaction down lane. But we see it is still stronger then the Scout.

Last the Rebel and the pearl coverstock and a longer 5" pin to PAP on the same line gets much further down lane before it makes its move. It is still too strong and goes through the face. We then move in a little further left and have a great look to the pocket.

This is a good video idea. Personally i feel like the Impulse is a little bit too strong even with the 2" but could work great on tougher flat shots

That was my first time throwing it. Being an upper mid performance ball it's probably not ideal for most on this layout. At least not at box finish. Looking forward to seeing it's reaction tomorrow during practice at a different center.
