I like your form but your timing is way off, the ball has to be started at the same time your feet are started, instead your 2nd step has hit the floor before your ball starts to go down into the swing, the result is you find yourself having to either wait at the Foul line or make-up the time difference by Pulling the ball through. Out of all 3 video's, #3 was the closest to where you need to be.

much of what everyone is says here is spot on
but to fix it the most easily simply get that ball
moving faster, another words dont delay the swing so long
push that ball out and let it drop. ur holding it wayyyy to long

Timing has nothing to do with the push away. I email and asked sue minshew (http://www.strikeability.com)

Susie

Why do some of the top ladies bowlers (Liz Johnson,Shannon O'Keefe, Linda Barnes and  Diandra Asbaty) push away late compared to the top men bowlers? Is there an advantage for ladies with this timing? And should I teach my daughter this timing?

Her reply was

Hi, Richard!

Your question seems to indicate that you believe that with a four step
delivery, the ball and foot should go at the same time. With a five step
delivery, the ball should move with the second step. Neither of those is
true any more. By the old definition of late timing (you get there
before the ball does), everyone should be 'late'. In fact, late is great.

Many of the top male players on the Tour get the ball into swing
'early'. They may not push it when they are 'supposed to' but the push
motion is down into the swing right away. The opposite hand stays in
front, they lean forward with knees bent, and create a high backswing.

At the line, there is a very brief moment between when the foot stops
sliding and when the ball passes the ankle. That really is what you are
shooting for: some separation between when the foot stops sliding and
when the ball is at the ankle. That's what leverage is. The people you
have named just get there differently. Chris Barnes has a different
ignition timing than Lynda, Tommy Jones is different than Carolyn
Dorin-Ballard. Pete Weber is different from Bill O'Neill. They all do
what they do to get the foot:ball timing at the line.

Whether your daughter pushes with the first step or the 3rd, whether she
takes 4 steps or 14, this is the timing at the line you want to achieve.
If you can teach her that feeling at the line, her approach and cadence
and swing will do what they need to do to get that position. Using the
one step drill for this works well. She'll understand the feeling of
waiting on the ball if you can get this done. It gives the most power
with the least effort, always a good idea...
