i think the hardest thing in twin grip is the speed, i believe u already saw osku and jason lofting the ball w/o much effort.

u should really destroy a house shot as long as u can keep up with speed
--------------------
When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

You look fairly confortable with that style. The only thing that I don't like is that little hop right before the 4th step into the release. I wish my 2 handed style was as smooth and as fast as your's. My 2 hand style does not have any ball speed to it. Normal style I roll the ball at 17-19mph. 2 handed I'm at 15-17mph.

That footwork is required for the 2 handed style.

Some two handed players (Cassidy Schaub, Mark Scuderi) can do without the little hop.  I need it, like Osku and Jason B, to help open my hips up.  Without it I can never project the ball in the direction I want it to go.

I don't practice this style.  I just like messing around with it every now and then.

I think Justin Stevens is another 2 handed bowler that doesn''t do the hop.  I think there''s supposed to be some sort of teaching video or demonstration of the 2 handed delivery out there, the guy in the video doesn''t hop either.
