What did they measure your rev rate at?  Mine looks to be right around your's judging by the video, but I've never had the chance to get mine measured so I was just wondering.

what did you think of the kegel training center?  I went in feb and it was the best thing in the world although i didnt get as much 1 on 1 as i thought some ball reps were there and cut in on my time del warren was a awesome guy even though he wasnt my instructor i will go back next year and do it all over again
