Quality is crappy in the first one, I know, I apologize for not having a decent camera then.

I've been working on a few different things.  I started with the approach; I noticed that I started rushing myself, so I decided to slow down everything from the first step to the release.  Next, the timing- a little later (I know, I know.. late timing = forcing the ball) however I've become an excellent marksman as of lately.  I feel I have very good control, even with the later release.  Finally, the release.  I've learned to stay waaaaay more behind the ball if need be.  I've changed my axis tilt to a degree to which seems to benefit my style without compromising much ball performance.  It's hard to see it, but I used to almost spin the ball on top.  I think I'm progressing in staying under it.

Comments are welcome and will be appreciated!

looks good to me, i would sacrifice a bit of power for accuracy, but if u feel u r accurate, then nvm

When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

I agree with the power, looks like you can get into trouble.  Seems like you spray the ball right, and have the hand to bring it back. Again that is my opinion, that's where the shot might have been.

Only thing I would say to be careful of is jerking/muscling the ball on the downswing.  Let it fall on its own and just try to "ride" the ball with your hand.

The perfect release for a house shot that's for sure.

Have you ever bowled on anything tough?  Just wondering to see how you fared?

I wish I could throw the ball like that sometimes, but I'd hurt myself

I'll try to take the comment as constructive criticism.. yes, I do fairly well on a house shot.

As far as hard shots, I've recently bowled on a series of Kegel patterns that the center was trying out.  I tried Route 66, Highway to Hell, and Winding Road.  Route 66 was by far the easiest for me, averaging about 220 for 4 games.  Highway to Hell was more challenging, as I posted about 190 every game (nasty splits).  Finally Winding Road was my enemy, as I never got into the groove and averaged about 175 for a four game set.

I think once I get my first honor score, I'll call myself a house bowler.

No what I meant was that release is perfect for today's normal bowling patterns.  Meaning you have tons of power, which will allow you to carry shots where others might not.  I wasn't calling you a house hack.  I was just curious if you use that amount of revs and speed on the tougher conditions and how well you did on them.

No offense taken.  Tone is very hard to interpret through text.  Thank you for your comments.

Looks like you're starting the ball out on the 3rd step in a 5 step approach. Might want to try it on the 2nd or between the 2nd and 3rd at the most.

I think for optimal leverage at the line you want slightly late timing. Let the slide foot hit the line with the ball just behind it. You have both at the line simultaneously.
