This is me in the team event out at the Youth Open 2008. Not that you can see the reaction but this is my Cell Pro CG playing set down at about 20 over 13 out to about 10.

Looks good man. Late timing, good balance, staying behind the ball. Keep at it.

Yeah, the thing I didn't mention was that video was used to diagnose me pulling the ball during practice. It was my feet getting a little fast. I will be getting a better video up soon enough.

Well on that particular shot, your foot got to the line just before the ball, which is desirable.

I too pull the ball inside when the ball gets there with the foot (or worse, before it).

Pro's call this waiting on the ball. This is the point where the ball hits the apex of the backswing and has time to hover for a brief period before ascending downward. If you muscle the ball down from that point, you can't wait on it.

I used to think a free arm swing was letting the ball drop to the apex of the backswing and then I was literally starting my follow through at that point. This defeats the entire point of the front half being free.

Now I wait on the ball by letting gravity determine when the ball starts going back towards the pins and have gotten much more accurate and consistent with my rev rate/axis rotation.

Actually looking back at that video my feet are actually fine, by trying to slow down I slowed down my pre-shot and that helped me move it farther out to the right at the start and that got my swing on line.
