Hard to say something with just one shot from behind. Rev rate is also hard to calculate, it would need a closer shot at the bhall and some tape (check out the FAQ section on how to calculate revs from a video shot, it works!).

In general, you have some late timing, even though it looks overall fluid. You make a 5 step approach, but you make 2 full steps before you put the ball into motion at all.

I agree with dizzy.  Since you have later timing with your arm than your feet, you seem to muscle the ball during your backswing.  But your release seems nice and smooth with little muscle very soft so to speak (like Chris Barnes soft at the bottom).  Try doing the push-away after 1 step instead of 2 and see if it feels any better.
