OK, I finally got a camera to use and I took some videos of me bowling. One handed and two handed!!! WOO-HOO!!

BTW, I am throwing a Justice Pearl, 1" pin, pin under ring, cg stacked on a med-light pattern.

Critique me, leave comments, feedback, whatever...I'm just happy to have made them!!

I agree.  You do loop your arm swing behind your back quite a bit, but you have a great release.  One handed had more speed and maybe even more revs.  Looks like the speed/revs match up real well also.
