here are 2 different videos of my throw um I definitly need help with my throw in general and some how I still manage to throw 160s and 180s with a few 200s thrown in and the slip at the end is simply due to my soon to be replaced 20yr old shoes. I throw with low revs(trying to increase this currently as well as staying under the ball longer getting my thumb clear and coming through tips on such would be of a great help.

you are leaning too far to the right when you release the ball. you are rotating your hips to the right.
even with old shoes you should still have good balance. practice your finishing position to stay in balance. keep your slide toe touching the lanes .
